Myler MBT Shank with Low Port Comfort Snaffle MB 04 89-61045
Level 2 MB 04 Low Port Comfort Snaffle with a 5 1/2-inch stainless steel MBT shank.
The Myler MB 04 Low Port Comfort Snaffle combines a curved sweet iron mouthpiece with an MBT shank designed for independent movement. The small 1/4-inch port provides some tongue relief while allowing the horse to swallow and move the tongue when moving forward and relaxed.
The curved mouthpiece wraps around the bars and lips rather than pinching. The sweet iron mouthpiece oxidizes to encourage salivation, while the MBT flat shank uses an indirect curb rein action and is designed to be used with a curb strap.
Low Port Mouthpiece
The 1/4-inch port introduces tongue relief, while the curved mouthpiece wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching.
Independent Movement
The patented Independent Swivel Cheek allows the purchase, mouthpiece, and shank to move independently of each other.
MBT Shank
The flat stainless steel shank curves slightly back toward the horse and includes a teardrop purchase and rein ring.
Detailed Finish
A copper inlay complements the sweet iron mouthpiece, while stainless steel dots and a decorative stack add detail to the cheekpiece.
