The Circle Y Tammy Fischer Blue Roan Barrel Saddle 1319 is designed for a secure, centered ride with a close-contact feel. Leg-cut swells provide a secure place to set your legs in the turn, while the treeless construction with a wood swell and cantle allows unrestricted movement for the horse.
Forward-hung fenders keep your feet in front and allow a wide range of motion. Aluminum barrel stirrups with rubber treads provide grip, while Neo-Shock neoprene skirts help absorb shock and distribute the rider's weight. At 26 lbs, the saddle combines a lightweight design with durable construction.
Close Contact & Security
The treeless design, wood swell and cantle provide a close-contact feel, while the taller swell and 5" cantle offer a secure seat.
Movement & Fit
Forward-hung fenders keep the feet in front and allow a wide range of motion. Medium and Wide tree-fit options are specified.
Neo-Shock Skirt
The neoprene filler absorbs shock from rough terrain and uneven surfaces, muffles vibration, and helps the skirt conform to the horse's conformation.
Western Styling
1/2 Texas Flower tooling, Copper Aztec hardware and the aqua suede seat create a distinctive western presentation.

Neo-Shock Skirt
The Neo-Shock skirt uses a neoprene filler to absorb shock from rough terrain and uneven surfaces. The filler is designed to muffle vibration for a smoother ride and the skirt conforms to the conformation of the horse.

There is a lot of room for personal preference with seat sizing, but as a general rule it is better to error on the side of ordering a seat size that is too large rather than erring on the side of a seat that will be too small.
Things to Consider
- Tucker adds 1/2inch to their seat sizes (due to thick seat padding)
16.5 Tucker = 16 normally
- Barrel riders usually take 1 less on the seat size
16 Trail Rider = 15 Barrel Rider
- Ranch (slick seats) usually ride smaller (1/2inch seat size) so they dont slide around
16 is for most men, 15 for most women
- Trail Saddles with High Cantles (5) make the seat sizes feel smaller
Trail Saddle with 5 cantle will feel smaller in the seat than one with a 3.5 cantle
- English Saddles dont convert exactly but often are 2 bigger
18 English = 16 Western
- Riders with inseams under 30 or 5 tall and under often need custom cut fenders
Tall riders with long legs but lighter weight may need custom cut fenders as well
Checking the Fit
- General Guideline is about 3 fingers between your thigh and the swell.
