Dakota Rawhide Trimmed Barrel Saddle 315
The Dakota Rawhide Trimmed Barrel Saddle 315 combines practical barrel-racing construction with traditional western detail. Built on a wood tree by Steele Tree Co. with fiberglass covering, this saddle features stainless steel C in-skirt rigging in the 7/8 position and an approximately 28-pound overall weight.
Light oil leather is finished with basketweave and oak leaf tooling for a classic western presentation. A rawhide-braided horn and 5-inch rawhide silver-laced cantle add distinctive trim, while 2 1/2-inch stirrup leathers with Blevins buckles complete the setup.
Barrel Foundation
A fiberglass-covered wood tree, 24-inch skirt, and stainless steel 7/8 in-skirt rigging provide the saddle's compact working foundation.
Rawhide Accents
A rawhide-braided horn and silver-laced rawhide cantle add traditional western contrast and distinctive finishing detail.
Traditional Tooling
