The Dakota Premium Barrel Racing Saddle 342 keeps the focus on practical barrel-racing performance without unnecessary extras. Its fiberglass-covered Semi-QH tree is backed by a five-year warranty, while double stainless steel C in-skirt rigging in the 7/8 position helps keep the rider close to the horse.
The compact 24 1/2-inch round skirt is paired with light oiled leather, hand-tooled border weave detailing, and Montana Silversmiths trim. A rawhide-braided horn and natural rawhide silver-laced cantle complete the traditional barrel-racing look.
Performance Build
At approximately 27 lbs., the 342 combines a compact round skirt with 7/8 in-skirt rigging for a streamlined barrel-racing setup.
Rawhide Accents
A rawhide-braided horn and natural rawhide silver-laced cantle add classic barrel-saddle styling and contrast.
Western Finish
Light oiled leather features hand-tooled border weave detailing and Montana Silversmiths trim for a clean, traditional finish.
PLEASE NOTE: Dakota is temporarily putting leather bell stirrups, rather than rawhide stirrups, on this saddle until the normal stirrups become available again.
