Billy Cook Hard Seat Wade Saddle 2189
This versatile Wade tree saddle by Billy Cook features a butterfly skirt and dropped rigging for closer contact and added flexibility - something you don't see often in a ranch saddle.
The dropped in-skirt flat plate rigging keeps the bulk away from the fenders and jockeys while maintaining the strength you want in a roping saddle (7/8 position).
A hard seat and fenders will provide easy mounts and dismounts while the 5" rawhide wrapped cantle adds the security and support you need for long days in the saddle.
Billy finished this saddle with a deep hand tooled basket pattern on the skirt, pommel, and cantle along with leather conchos and long strings. More detail than is usually found on ranch saddles.
Other features include a rear flank set, mohair cinch, and large roper stirrups.
A rawhide covered tree, brass hardware, and handmade craftsmanship will allow this saddle to last for generations.
